
Fiserv acquires Pinch Payments, enhancing payment services for business partners in APAC
Global payments and fintech leader Fiserv have today announced it acquired Pinch Payments, a payment facilitator (PayFac), known for leading PayFac enablement and its management platform “Glassbox”.
Founded in 2017 and serving approximately 2,000 merchants throughout Australia and New Zealand, Pinch Payments offers comprehensive tools to facilitate payments more efficiently at scale.
This acquisition provides Fiserv with a payment orchestration platform that supports flexible service options and speed to market for PayFacs, ISVs, BPSPs, ISOs and Enterprises. Bringing Pinch into the Fiserv ecosystem enhances the Company’s reach with access to more merchants and delivery of new, innovative solutions including the leading cloud-based SaaS business operating platform with Clover to merchants throughout APAC.
