Miami fintech and AI startup Kira emerges from stealth mode with $3 million in revenue
Miami fintech and AI startup Kira has officially emerged from stealth mode, announcing it has hit $3 million in revenue in its first year of operations.
Kira is building the first all-in-one infrastructure to launch embedded fintech products — supercharged by Vertical AI Agents and stablecoins.
A Veteran Team, Backed by Proven Execution
Kira was founded by some of Latin America’s most battle-tested fintech veterans – Camilo Jiménez, co-founder of Littio, José “Beto” Díaz, first Product Manager at Clip and Stori and Edrizio De La Cruz, ex-Y Combinator Partner and co-founder of Arcus, which was acquired by Mastercard.
“Very soon, every fintech product will be powered by stablecoins and AI,” said Edrizio De La Cruz, Co-Founder of Kira. “At Kira, we’re making that future happen faster — by giving any business, from scrappy startups to global enterprises, the tools to launch compliant, automated, global fintech products without technical friction. We eliminate the backend complexity so our clients can focus on building value for their users.”
Unlocking a New Fintech Stack
Kira‘s platform is the first of its kind: an end-to-end, stablecoin-native infrastructure built for scale. It includes:
- Universal Payment Gateway: Abstracts away complex rails into a single, AI-driven interface. Accept payments via cash, debit, ACH, or SWIFT through a white-labeled payment link
- AI-Powered Treasury & Wallet Infrastructure: Let vertical agents manage yield-bearing wallets and optimize treasury across stablecoins and U.S. Treasuries — generating up to 7% yield.
- Agentic Compliance: Automate onboarding and regulatory workflows — from KYC/KYB to AML, VASP, and sanctions screening — with integrated APIs and customizable agent sessions.
- AI-Managed Instant Global Payouts: Autonomous agents can initiate global payouts in seconds — using localized payment methods that deliver directly into bank accounts in 35+ countries.
Built for Global Use Cases
By abstracting the complexity of DeFi, Kira gives businesses a turnkey solution to launch embedded products, such as cross-border remittances, treasury automation, currency trading, import/export payments and global payroll solutions.
Early adopters include Banco Industrial, Banco N1co, and one of the world’s largest brick-and-mortar retailers — along with Factil, Shield, Borderless, Suku, and Vank.
